Rockefeller Foundation and WHO Continue Collaboration on Sterilizing Vaccines, Implantables

The idea of harnessing the immune response to control fertility was first proposed in the 1930’s. However, only recently has our comprehension of the immune system progressed to the level where the idea may finally be put into practice.

Depopulation efforts are being developed in collaboration between the Rockefeller Foundation and the World Health Organization.

As the World Health Organizations admits in its 2001 technical report Research on the Development of Methods of Fertility Regulation, research into both “injectable Immunocontraceptives” and implantable ones has been long in the making, coordinated and developed in collaboration between the Rockefeller Foundation and the World Health Organization:

“The development of a totally new method of contraception, based on a controlled and time-limited immune response to reproduction-specific molecules, has been the subject of extensive investigation supported by a number of international and national agencies for several decades”, the document reads.

“It was recognized that the development of this totally novel approach to contraception was a long-term, high-risk endeavour but the perceived advantages of, and potential demands for, a safe and effective immunocontraceptive—free of the metabolic and other side-effects associated with long-acting methods based on steroid hormones—were considered more than sufficient to justify the effort and investment.”

In December 2001, a meeting was organized in Melbourne, Australia. The 2001 Technical Report literally names the Rockefeller Foundation and WHO in the same breath:

“The meeting started with a two day symposium during which the WHO/Rockefeller Foundation and CONRAD/CICCR-supported investigators presented and discussed the results obtained in their projects during the past year.”

In 2003, the WHO’s Department of Reproductive Health and Research, put out its annual report, again admitting to its ongoing dedication to controlling fertility worldwide. It mentions that new trials are in the making and scheduled to start in 2004:

“Phase I clinical trials and supplementary animal safety studies of a totally new method of contraception based on the production of an immune response against human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) are scheduled to begin in 2004 subject to availability of funds.”

The same Rockefeller Foundation- in concert with the exact same World Health Organization- who brought you the fertility-regulating vaccine, now presents implantable contraceptives for widespread use. In regards to these implantable contraceptives, the report states:

“The collaborative initiative between the Programme and the Rockefeller Foundation for basic research in implantation has completed its fifth and final year. Discussions with industry have led to the formulation of a number of collaborative research and development plans.”

The program of funding and development of anti-fertility vaccines, mentioned by the Rockefeller Foundation in its annual 1969 report and distributed by the World Health Organization into the 1990s, was officially abandoned in the last decade of the last century. Nothing, however, is further from the truth. With the assistance of a simple linguistic magicians-trick, the program continues as never before. Under the new name “immunocontraceptives” research and development of the same sterilizing vaccines and implantable contraceptives continues unhindered. In 2003, the Rockefeller Foundation presided over a meeting discussing several options and forging new relations to continue its fertility-control activities worldwide:

“(…) several collaborative projects are being planned as a result of a joint meeting held at the Rockefeller Foundation Study and Conference Center in Bellagio, Italy, in May 2003. The meeting brought together the principal investigators and Project Review Committee of the joint initiative and their counterparts from the complementary programme supported by CONRAD/CICCR. Representatives of large and small pharmaceutical companies that had expressed an interest in this area of work were also invited to participate in this meeting. As a result of the presentations made at the meeting, and subsequent public and private discussions that took place, a number of collaborative projects were identified and discussed with the industry representatives.”

The report also mentions the Foundation’s interest in non-surgical abortions:

“An international consensus conference on non-surgical (medical) abortion is planned at the Rockefeller Foundation’s Bellagio Study and Conference Centre in November 2004 to focus on the unresolved issues related to regimens and service delivery.”

It’s clear, the depopulation agenda is being pursued as feverishly as ever, and the Rockefeller Foundation is spearheading the entire operation as it has been doing for a long time. Here’s David Rockefeller, talking about his family’s agenda out in the open:
